Onto the third and final post from the show house spaces- the en suite bath! This bathroom was attached to the bedroom I previously posted. It was in pretty rough shape, similar to the first bathroom we renovated. Check out the before and after images below.

The bath needed a little help, to say the least. Here’s how it looked before we started demo.
I love the simplicity and contrast the modern sconces flanking the Venetian mirror bring to the space:

I’m also pretty in love with the way the marble, black hex tile, wallpaper, and shower curtain interact. There are so many different patterns and textures, but they all work together, making the space come to life. Take a look at the acrylic stool in the lower left- it’s one of my favorite pieces in the bathroom.

Can we back up to THAT shower curtain?! This is probably my favorite textile. The painterly floral pattern and color palette are perfection. I had to take a close up for you:

Which show house space was your favorite? Although it was a ton of work, I really enjoyed participating in the designer’s show house for this year, and even better- supporting a great cause!
*Designed by Vintage Scout Interiors. Special thanks to American Standard for donating all plumbing fixtures, as well as Mees Distributors for tile. Once again, I have to give credit to the ladies at Preen for the beautiful hand soap.
