French Fizz Martinis

It’s finally Friday! If you’ve been wanting to shake up a fancy summer cocktail, this is it. My adaptation of a French Martini adds a little extra bubble, using one of my new favorite drinks- Bai. Here’s a little background on how I became obsessed with their drinks. I have a friend who is a superstar at the beverage company and she gave me the low down on why their drinks are superior.

-low calorie (containing only 1g sugar)
-sweetened with organic stevia
-made with all natural, organic ingredients
-natural source of caffeine
-contains a days worth of antioxidants
-the company is focused on sustainability and fair trade

I’ve been drinking both the carbonated and regular version on a daily basis. I love the bold flavor, they give me a little boost of energy and are only 5 calories per drink! It also makes an amazing mixer, and not just in cocktails. I pour a little in my smoothie or juice each morning for an added kick of flavor. Although this might sound like a sponsored post, it’s not! I just really like their drinks and wanted to share.

Ok, so back to using it as a mixer in the cocktail! Here’s what you need:

French Fizz Martini:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka (I used Grey Goose)
1/2 oz. Chambord
1 oz. Bai Bubbles, Peru Pineapple
1/2 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
Raspberries for garnish

Drop a raspberry into the bottom of each martini glass. Chill for at least one hour. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into prepared glasses. That’s it! The perfect French Martini.
