  1. Good morning! I just had quite a time ogling images of Uluwatu beach resorts…now I’m back to talk vintage. Ha. These, of course, are my favorite round-ups! Although I’m still sometimes surprised by wonderful new items, nothing beats a fantastic, old find I didn’t know I needed! From this selection, it’s got to be that stunning brass table lamp! So beautiful!! Also, that French marble table is swoon-worthy. Aaand, who could resist a little porcelain match strike? I love the simplicity! Definitely a fun selection for this Wednesday morning! I hope your Indonesian adventure continues to delight!💜

    1. We didn’t stay in any of the fancy beach resorts (because they’re SO expensive)- we were a little outside of the city, but we did have a great time there! Yes to all the vintage goodies- isn’t that table lamp so beautiful? And you know I’m always eyeing those French marble tables. Now that we’re home, I’m itching for a fast home project distraction. I think I’m going to an estate sale later this week in hopes of finding some bedroom makeover pieces. Fingers crossed!

  2. Good morning! Your vintage finds are the most fun to peruse. The match strike is such a sweet, simple shape- I adore the white porcelain. The brass table lamp is definitely the favorite this morning. Such a unique vibe! Every time I see a table like the French marble one I think of you and your desire for a small island. This one is *chefs kiss*. I’m currently hunting for vintage cocktail tables, or a set of vintage nesting tables. The hunt for the perfect pedestal table is not producing anything in the “new” category that I’m loving, so I’ve been searching for a vintage one of those as well. Side note on the front room: an area of bubbled paint where the base meets the wall had me concerned- after investigation and paint prep, turns out they painted it onto the wall. Held up a 6’ section with only two nails and paint. That’s quality construction. *snort* Anyway, I hope you’re both having the best time. Your stories are absolutely dreamy. My favorite so far is the sea turtles sleeping. Have the best day!

    1. You know I love all things vintage! I snagged one of the match strikes- they’re really cool. The Etsy seller had a variety of shapes. If I stumble across any vintage cocktail, nesting tables, or pedestal tables, I’ll definitely send them your way. OMG, your paint discovery has me cringing. I know there have to be areas in our home like that, too. Oof. I’m glad you’re taking to the time and energy to fix everything- it’s going to be beautiful and so much more functional! Our dive trip was a blast, and that turtle dive goes down as my favorite dive to date. It was incredible and the most gorgeous dive site. I’d love to go back to that exact spot- I noted the coordinates in my dive log. It looked like a meadow of purple roses underwater (sea cabbage), filled with snoozing turtles… something out of a dream, for sure!
