Hello World!

Hello world! Thanks for stopping by the debut of my new blog– welcome! If you stumbled here by accident, my name is Sarah and I’m the in-house designer, photographer, stylist, etc. (the list goes on) for a chocolate company. This is my creative outlet, outside of my nine to five design job, my happy place… my little spot on the internet to share with the world things that inspire me. It’s not dictated by clients, bosses, or corporate advertising, but simply things I find creative inspiration within. Everything from food, fashion, renovating, interiors and photography, you’ll find it here. It’s my chance to turn the ideas that swim in my head into reality.

It’s been a whirlwind of a year and this blog has been a long time coming. Thanks for the stopping in and listening to the beginning of my story. Here’s a little background to start: I graduated from art school with degrees in design and art history. After college, I married my high school boyfriend, Kalyn. Awhile later, we bought our first house, which was a complete disaster… meaning it was definitely not livable at the time of purchase. We’ve spent the last year flipping our home and learning a lot along the way.

I’m excited to have a place to share inspiration, dreams, and reveal the final result of our renovation. Here’s to living our adventure and making friends along the way.
