This month I’m feeling rich camel hues. They’re soft, textural, warm, and inviting… and perfect for fall! These types of neutrals are my jam. They go with everything, feel seasonally appropriate, and are about as timeless as it gets. Click through to see what I filled this month’s moodboard with. I’ll be keeping an eye out for this color while I’m venturing around France this week!

Have you guys noticed a round pillow (#8) trend lately? I’ve been seeing them all over the place and they look pretty fun! I really LOVE the bed (#2) and if I could have a do-over in our guest room, I would’ve bought this one instead. It’s super classic! There is lots of fun things to discover in this roundup.

Above, my friends at Alice Lane perfectly display camel colored grasscloth in monochromatic panel moulding for a stunning wall treatment. I may or may not be applying this same style of wall treatment in one of our guest rooms next month… stay tuned! Hint- it’s GREEN and I’m excited about it.

It’s funny how sometimes the fashion world influences interiors. I bought a camel trench coat before leaving on our trip and that’s what inspired the color palette for this post! Pretty colors and nice textiles are universal and can apply to so many things. Is there anything in your closet that can also be found in your home? I’d love to hear in the comments below, as I’m starting to notice this at my house!

  1. Round pillows? I think we both know who would love those at my house! Speaking of my house… and wardrobe, they definitely both reflect my love of color, pattern and vintage. Although I’m not often drawn to neutrals, this camel color says texture to me- suede, wool, velvet- just like the items in your round up! That shagreen desk though!😍 And I’m intrigued by your green wall treatment hint!
Enjoying the glimpses of your amazing trip! XO

    1. Joe!!! Haha :) I’m pretty sure Crosby would play with a round cushion too.

  2. I am also really crushing on camel lately as well. I think it may have something to do with the leopard print madness that is trending hard in fashion right now…I have always been a fan because I love the contrast of camel and black together. Warm camel leather accents get me every time.. Love your moodbard! Bon Voyage, have an amazing trip!

    1. I think you’re right Kerri! I’m also loving the leopard prints. Camel feels so classic to me :)

  3. ooooh, pretty! I especially love the camel hues paired with the warm walnut table in the alice lane photo.

  4. Love camel as well! Hope you’re having a wonderful trip! Wondering if you could source your new camel coat? I’ve been searching for one!
