Our Favorite Wallpapers for Nurseries and Kids’ Rooms

nursery wallpaperWith the nursery design in full swing now, I’ve been busy sourcing beautiful wallpapers and dreaming up plans for them! A few weeks ago I shared our four gender neutral nursery ideas for Baby Brown. We received a lot of great feedback and have landed on a design plan, but the secret is still hush for now…you will have to stay tuned for more! In the meantime, I’ve decided to link some of my favorite wallpapers for nurseries and kids’ rooms since so many of you were asking about the top picks…

As you may remember, I shared a few of these along with my original design ideas – numbers 10, 15, and 21 to be exact. Some of the “themes” I am loving (if you want to call them that) are animals, travel, nature (such as woods, trees, waves and clouds) and geometric patterns. I think all of these are creative, whimsical and fun for the little dreamers we bring into our lives. However, these patterns do not necessarily have to go in a nursery or a kid’s room – I can even see some of these being used in a powder room, hallway, entryway or mudroom. Wallpaper is a great way to go bold and add something new and unexpected to a room.

  1. Great roundup! I think the cactus print wallpaper would make a great accent wall. Thanks for sharing.
