I’m really missing going out to eat and one of my favorite restaurants has a crispy flatbread appetizer that sounded divine yesterday. I figured why not take a stab at making it at home! I was eager to put my herb garden to good use and this felt like an appropriate time. These rosemary flatbread appetizers would be great for entertaining (once we’re able to do that again), but they also make a delicious week night appetizer- or even lunch.
